Abstract -
This paper presents a new method for determining the exact number of inverters in one ring oscillator of temperature sensors that must be used optimally to monitor and control a complex system design. This method is very efficient, simple and easy to implement. The proposed temperature sensor was designed using TSMC 65 nm CMOS technology, which occupies an extremely small area of silicon. To deduce the exact number of inverters that form a single ring oscillator we will need to make simulations based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) which will allow us to measure the minimum and maximum temperature of the system used in order to intervene in case of overheating, also to monitor the state of the complex system design.

Abstract -
Security systems are considered a necessity for the deployment of smart vehicles in our society. Security in vehicular ad hoc networks is crucial to the reliable exchange of information and control data.Vehicular Ad-hoc Network (VANET),an unplanned network formed by vehicles on the road to improve road safety and driving conditions.The vehicle count increases and the roads are becoming more hazardous by the effect of congestion and increased the likelihood of collision. Safety messages are to be routed to the vehicles in timely and correct manner.Moreover VANET face several security attacks.The various security threats are misbehaving nodes give false information, Sybil attacks, selfish driver attacks, and etc.The DDOS attack is the active type of attack in which malicious node select the nodes which will be controlled by the malicious node . The selected nodes are responsible to flood the victim node with the rough data packets.In this paper, threshold based technique is been proposed in which network which is sending data above the threshold value will be responsible to trigger DDOS attack in the network.The proposed technique has been implemented in NS2 and it is been analyzed that proposed technique is performed well in terms of throughput, delay and packetloss.

Abstract -
The increase of public services based on information and communication technology (e-Government) requires a government organization to have IS / IT strategic planning. One of the benefits of IS and IT strategic planning is that e-Government development becomes more targeted, effective, efficient and transparent in order to support good and clean governance. Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Southwest Sumba has also implemented the IS in carrying out its duties and services, but the use of IS in the office has not been done fully, and there are still many activities that are done conventionally which consequently make the office cannot achieve optimal target and performance. This paper will discuss about the steps of strategic information system planning in the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Southwest Sumba using Ward and Peppard framework.
