Error Transmission in Video Coding with Gaussian Noise

Abstract -
In video transmission, there is a possibility of packet lost and a large load variation in the bandwidth. These are the sources of network congestion, which can interfere the communication data rate. The coding system used is a video coding standard, which is either MPEG-2 or H.263 with SNR scalability. The algorithm used for motion compensation, temporal redundancy and spatial redundancy is the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) and quantization. The transmission error is simulated by adding Gaussian noise (error) on motion vectors. From the simulation results, the SNR and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) in the noisy video frames decline with averages of 3dB and increase Mean Square Error (MSE) on video frames received noise.

Abstract -
Organizations, agencies distribute/publish sensitive data for research and other public benefit purposes. Prevent the misuse of sensitive data by the authorized/application users and provide both privacy and security of the sensitive data. The access control and privacy preservation these are two mechanisms protect the data from unauthorized or third party user. Normal/Application user to protect personal information as per they wants to do not share/disclose with others. The privacy preservation can be achieved through anonymized techniques from generalization. The objective of the work is to provide better security and minimum level of precision to the retrieved data, in this paper an accuracy constrained privacy preserving cell level access control mechanism is implement with extra constraint on each selection predicate this is called imprecision bound. Plan to extend the proposed system privacy preserving cell level access control in new approach. In fast growing world, the malicious intent or hacking purpose also increasing. So there is a need to provide a better security/protection to our system and provide dynamic access control.

Abstract -
The hydraulic potential in Morocco is limited, droughts are more frequent, resulting of climate change, and increasing water demand relating to the population growth and socio-economic development. Morocco has invested in the urban sanitation sector through the establishment of the National Liquid Sanitation Program. In rural Area, the intervention in this sector remains limited due to various constraints. In order to support the efforts of establishment of the National Rural Assainissment Program (PNAR), we conducted a case study that recommended the treatment of wastewater by an innovative process used for the first time in Morocco. We realized, first, a pilot experiment at the douar (Unstructured Village) Talat Marghen within the rural Municipality of Aghouatim a few km from Marrakech. The innovative aspect of the project is managerial proposes covering the different technical aspects, management and institutional innovation, to meet the various constraints that characterize the rural areas.
