Abstract -
Most commercial cameras have a number of factory distortions, the which must be calibrated. Camera calibration consists of calculating the internal parameters of the camera focal length, position of the principal points, pixel skew and distortion coefficients) and is usually Carried out by computer applications that establish geometric relationships between objects and projections calibration in CCD cameras. Radial distortion can cause the position at a point in the photo to change from the actual location, so that the spatial and geometric quality is reduced. To get accurate spatial information from a photo taken by the camera, each type of correction must be given, one of the which is camera calibration. Camera calibration is a process to Determine the inner orientation elements and lens distortion of an object. In this research, it is an IP VISION LS / LS-MB2200C camera with a resolution of 1280 x 720. The calibration method used is Self Calibration from Matlab.

Abstract -
Image segmentation could be a difficult surroundings is a due to the presence of weakly correlated and ambiguous multiple regions of interest. Many algorithms are developed to get optimum threshold values for segmenting satellite images with efficiency in their quality and blurred regions of image. In this paper a novel multilevel thresholding algorithm using a Cuckoo Search (CS) algorithm has been proposed for solving the coastal video image segmentation problem. The optimum threshold values are determined by the maximization of Tsaliiss objective function using CS algorithm. In this paper, the analysis of CS algorithm performance is combined with Tsalliss objective function. Based on evaluations of PSNR, FSIM and Convergence characteristi CS, the Algorithm CS based on Tsallis objective function evolved to be most promising and computationally efficient for segmenting coastal video images achieve stable global optimum thresholds. The experiments results encourages related researches in computer vision, remote sensing and image processing applications.

Abstract -
Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain is a precious tool to facilitate physician’s diagnoses and care for a mixture of brain diseases including stroke, cancer, and epilepsy, it presents exact information to discover the diseases. MRI has very low contrast leading to deterioration of image quality. Image enhancement is a technique to improve the perception of information in images so as to provide better visualization. Medical Image enhancement is one of the challenging issues in image processing. The objective of Image enhancement is to process an image so that result is more suitable than original image for specific application. In this paper, we review a number of methods that used to improve MRI brain medical images.

Abstract -
Sign-language uses gestures as signals in communication. Various kinds of sign languages can be used, one of which is American Sign Language (ASL). Sign language is one of the communication media that can be used while having a conversation with deaf people. Every single person who wants to communicate with deaf people often experiences difficulties because of limited knowledge about sign language. Learning media for ordinary people to learn sign language is also limited, which only consists of conventional learning media such as books with very limited numbers. An application that can make the process of translating into a sign language movement can be a solution as a learning medium for the people to help communicate with deaf people on a wider scale.
